Switchyard is an independent third-party iOS client for Railway. If something isn't working, or you have a feature request, this page is the place to start.

Common questions
I'm not getting push notifications
- Open Settings → Notifications → Switchyard on your device and confirm notifications are allowed.
- Inside Switchyard, open the Account tab and check that the project you expect notifications for has its toggle on.
- Push notifications are triggered by Railway webhooks. If a deploy doesn't fire an event on Railway's side, Switchyard won't see it either.
The app shows my projects but no logs / metrics
- Pull-to-refresh on the project or service screen.
- If you recently changed which workspaces are shared with Switchyard at the OAuth consent screen, sign out and sign back in.
I want to delete my account
Open the Account tab and tap Delete account. This removes all data Switchyard stores about you (push tokens, notification preferences, webhook subscription). Your Railway account itself is not affected. You can also email us and we'll do it for you — include the email address on your Railway account.
How do I change which workspaces or projects Switchyard can see?
That's controlled at Railway's OAuth consent screen. Sign out of Switchyard, sign back in, and adjust the workspaces you share at the prompt.
Reporting a bug
When you email us, it helps a lot if you include:
- iOS version and device model.
- Switchyard version (Account tab).
- What you were doing when it broke, and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if relevant.
